CANCELLATION POLICY


  • Delivery orders require 48 hours' notice to cancel without incurring a fee.

  • Full catering, staffed events, and large events require 72 hours' notice to cancel without incurring a fee.

  • Orders canceled after the applicable notice period are subject to payment of the full order amount.

  • Orders for parties of six or more cannot be canceled on the same day as the event.

  • Charges apply for any lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment, including chafing dishes and serving equipment.

PAYMENT POLICY


  • We accept payment by credit card or ACH bank transfer. Cash is not accepted for online or catering orders.

  • A minimum order of $200 applies to standard catering orders, with 48 hours' advance notice required.

  • A minimum order of $350 applies to large events, with 72 hours' advance notice required.

  • A 10% service fee is applied to all orders.

  • Tax of 8.875% is applied to the food subtotal.

  • A 3% card processing fee may apply, depending on the account.

  • Corporate accounts with tax-exempt status may pay via ACH direct deposit upon submission of the appropriate exemption documentation.
